We’re Aleks and Derrek: colleagues turned close friends, trusted advisors, and co-hosts and co-leaders of our own unique way of viewing leadership.

We first met at work, where our shared belief in authenticity, empathy, and relentless curiosity sparked countless chats and a vision for reimagining what leadership can look like.

Over time, we’ve done a lot:

    •    Coached business owners navigating fast-paced growth

    •    Led training sessions for rooms full of new and seasoned leaders

    •    Managed teams through change and challenges

    •    Mentored those just stepping into leadership roles (yes, we speak Gen Z!)

    •    And most importantly, kept each other inspired and accountable every step of the way

Through our podcast and in-person sessions, we blend hands-on experience with real empathy. We’re all about asking more questions than giving quick answers, believing that true leadership emerges when people feel safe enough to challenge old norms and explore new possibilities.

We may differ in some things like conflict styles (Aleks runs at it, Derrek prefers to see if it’ll solve itself!), but we share a foundation of trust, respect, and a deep commitment to empowering others.
